But the ones I get are being popped into the freezer for easier peeling when it comes sauce canning time. I've never seen a white tomato before. The white sauce is crazy. <br /><br />Last year I roasted lots of small tomatoes and tucked them in the freezer. I canned for a few years. Not a lot. Just enough to have the experience. Pressure canning seemed like more work than it was worth, but I do like to can jams.
